Things I saw and snapped while puttering around the region this week
Folks, this week as the temperature plummeted below 25 degrees and the westerly winds howled down the Great Divide and over the coastal plains, we here in Central Queensland have turned the ceiling fans down to ‘Low’.
Yet, in spite of weather so cold I toyed with putting on a cotton vest before heading out, I braved the icy outdoors to get the following snaps.
So, I’d better hear some gratitude for putting in the hard yards this week people!

I got a fistful of these a week before my Spain trip was cancelled by Operation Epstein Distraction. Was toying with keeping them just in case I get the urge to head back to Europe soon-ish. Then news of the Hantavirus spreading like a controlled fire on Curtis Island popped up and I thought:
